Breakfast Information
At our inn, breakfast is prepared with locally sourced ingredients to give you a true taste of the region.
We serve rice grown in Saga Prefecture, along with fresh eggs from a poultry farm at the foot of Kagami Mountain in Karatsu — so fresh they can be enjoyed raw.
(If you prefer not to eat raw eggs, we’ll be happy to cook them for you.)
Our breakfast also features local vegetables, tofu, and other ingredients carefully selected with a focus on local production for local consumption.
Meals are served in the main dining hall, where guests can enjoy breakfast together in a relaxed, spacious setting.
