Savoring the Flavors of Karatsu
~Enjoying the Finest Seafood at Oomasa~

Speaking of Karatsu and Yobuko, the specialty is the fresh sashimi of squid, which is so fresh it’s almost transparent.
You can enjoy the crunchy texture and rich flavor.

Also, the live sashimi of lobster, which has a firm, plump texture, is exceptional.
In addition, the salt-baked sea bream, a specialty of Karatsu and Taisei,
is fluffy and delicious, and you can enjoy the full flavor of the sea bream.

Please enjoy the fresh seafood from the Genkai Sea and
the rich mountain produce of Karatsu,
as well as the seasonal flavors of each season
to your heart’s content at Oomasa.
